I didn’t receive an Oculus invitation email?

If it has been 48 hours since you completed your purchase, you should have received an invitation from Oculus with the subject line of “Release Channel Offering from NeuroTrainer on Oculus”. 

The “from” address may also read “FWD from Oculus”.

Please check your spam folder to ensure that the email was not inadvertently filtered directly there.

If you still cannot find the email, email NeuroTrainer Customer Support directly at support@neurotrainer.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


To verify that you provided the correct Oculus Email and Oculus ID, please refer to the below.

If you find that the Oculus Email / ID you provided was incorrect, please contact us at: support@neurotrainer.com

To verify your email address use your Oculus iOS or Android app and get to the screen on the left by:

  1. Click settings, bottom right
  2. Note the email address in the top header of the page
  3. This is your Oculus Email address


To verify your Oculus ID:

  1. Tap on the image that is on the screen on the left. This will open the screen on the right.
  2. In the example on the right, “NeuroTrainer2” is the Oculus ID
