How #NeuroTrain4Charity Works
Athletes Train In Virtual Reality
Athletes enter into NeuroTrainer, the virtual reality-based mental skills training system.
They Compete With Each Other
Athletes compete to win points in fast-paced challenges that push their mental abilities to the limit.
Follow The Competition on Social
Athletes share and raise awareness for Save The Children’s COVID-19 Response Campaign.
Globally, nearly 1.5 billion children are out of school due to COVID-19
Unable to simply be around other kids or play the sports they love, the lack of routine poses a growing risk to their physical health and emotional wellbeing.
That’s why NeuroTrainer created #NeuroTrain4Charity, in partnership with Save the Children’s #SAVEWITHSPORTS campaign – and we need your help.
#NeuroTrain4Charity Brings Together Athletes From Across The Country To Compete And Raise Money For Save The Children’s Covid Relief Fund.
15 or more athletes from the NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLB and Team USA will go head to head in an all-out NeuroTrainer mental skills training competition from home and stream their highlights through Instagram and Facebook. Fans can take part in the competition by cheering on their favorite athletes and donating to #NeuroTrain4Charity, with 100% of proceeds going to Save The Children.
NeuroTrainer, the virtual reality-based Gym For Your Mind, helps athletes of all levels improve their mental skills through immersive training challenges that can be done from anywhere, even home. Professional teams use NeuroTrainer regularly to train, resulting in improvements in the key cognitive abilities tied to athletic performance.
HOW NEUROTRAINER WORKS
Athletes taking part in the challenge will compete in PADL, which stands for “Perception Action Decision Loop”. Athletes are immersed in a futuristic training ground to boost their athletic skills, making them constantly evaluate the visual landscape around them to SEE, THINK and ACT quicker and more efficiently.
Get started with NeuroTrainer and train your athletic skills like your favorite athletes from home.
Please donate to #NeuroTrain4Charity and support Save the Children’s #SaveWithSports campaign today.
