Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool FC trains with NeuroTrainer to improve his sports performance

In a 6-week study led by Dr. Dan Laby, Trent Alexander-Arnold underwent an extensive training program to help him address the mental side of his game. At the beginning Trent was tested on everything from his vision to decision making speed to his ability to transfer those skills to the soccer pitch. Following the testing, he started training with NeuroTrainer with the goal of improving his reaction time, decision making, and focus through daily training sessions. At the end of the 6-week training period, Dr. Laby tested Trent again to see where he improved. Trent saw dramatic improvement in all categories.
